Please note all legal services are provided by third parties and F&T Services Ltd. can’t provide any guarantees on the outcome of the legal verification/legalisation service. All documents are authenticated by competent Authorities and therefore any type of the legal certification of customer’s document(s), any document submitted to the FCO Legalisation Office, respective foreign Consulate may be rejected by these Authorities. In case if the service is rejected, your refund will be provided on the basis of unused services. For example: If your document is being sent for legalisation service or Consulate attestation service and for this purposes was translated, certified by solicitor or perhaps legalised by the FCO Legalisation Service prior to its submission to the respective foreign Consulate, but for some reasons the respective foreign Consulate has rejected to provide attestation service – then customer(s) will get a refund only for Consulate Attestation fees. In such cases, F&T Services Ltd. can’t provide full refund for used services as these services were ordered by the customer and had been already provided by F&T Services Ltd. or third parties (Notary/Solicitor or Legalisation Office). Our fees include courier services and taxes. F&T Services Ltd doesn’t charge VAT as we are not a VAT registered organisation.
