This will cover our costs to make arrangements with third parties (Universities, Colleges, English language schools, DHL, Royal Mail, Landlords (in case if the accommodation is pre-booked) in order to apply for visa, document(s) translated, certified by solicitor or perhaps legalised by the FCO Legalisation Service prior to submission of customer’s visa application to the respective foreign Consulate/visa centre, but for some reasons the respective foreign Consulate has rejected to grant visa for applicant. In such cases, F&T Services Ltd. can’t provide full refund for used services as these services were ordered by the customer and had been already provided by F&T Services Ltd. or third parties. Therefore customer(s) will get a refund excluding agreed non-refundable fee. Confirmation that customer’s application was refused by consulate department must be provided.
