For example: If your document is being sent for legalisation service or Consulate attestation service and for this purposes was translated, certified by solicitor or perhaps legalised by the FCO Legalisation Service prior to its submission to the respective foreign Consulate, but for some reasons the respective foreign Consulate has rejected to provide attestation service – then customer(s) will get a refund only for Consulate Attestation fees. In such cases, F&T Services Ltd. can’t provide full refund for used services as these services were ordered by the customer and had been already provided by F&T Services Ltd. or third parties (Notary/Solicitor or Legalisation Office). Our fees include courier services and taxes. F&T Services Ltd doesn’t charge VAT as we are not a VAT registered organisation.
